These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Skalarev (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website and products such as PlannerAI, SubTrack, and LendAI. By creating an account or using Skalarev, you agree to these Terms.

Using Skalarev

Skalarev provides software tools for educators, schools, and organizations. You may use the service only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any policies or permissions set by your organization.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you use Skalarev through a school or organization, that organization may manage your access, role, permissions, product entitlements, and content within its workspace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Skalarev for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or discriminatory purposes.
• Attempt to access another user’s account, tenant, data, or product area without permission.
• Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security or access controls.
• Upload malware, exploit code, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Use AI features to generate or distribute harmful, unlawful, or misleading content.
• Enter sensitive student, health, financial, or special-category personal data unless your organization has confirmed that doing so is permitted and appropriate.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to Skalarev, such as unit planners, settings, notes, prompts, and generated outputs. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, and otherwise operate the service for you and your organization.

AI-assisted features

Skalarev may provide AI-assisted drafting and suggestion features. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use AI-generated content, especially in educational, assessment, compliance, or professional settings.

Subscriptions and billing

Some products or features may require a paid subscription. Checkout, payment processing, invoices, renewals, cancellations, and payment details may be handled by our payment provider. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, fees are non-refundable once paid. We may change prices or available plans, but changes will not affect an active subscription period without notice.

Free and trial access

We may offer free tiers, trials, beta features, or limited access at our discretion. These may include usage limits, product restrictions, or eligibility requirements, and we may modify or discontinue them at any time.

Privacy

Service availability

We work to keep Skalarev reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will always remain available. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.

Skalarev depends on third-party providers for services such as authentication, hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics, database infrastructure, and AI functionality. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we choose providers intended to support secure and reliable operation.

Skalarev, including its software, design, branding, and product features, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Skalarev or permission to use our branding except as allowed by us in writing.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that may harm Skalarev, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

Skalarev is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skalarev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Skalarev for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 euros if you have not paid us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Skalarev evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page or providing in-product notice. Continued use of Skalarev after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
